So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them.
The shepherds went on a hunt for the baby who was lying in a manger wrapped in strips of cloth.
Play a game of hunt the jelly baby. One person hides a jelly baby somewhere in the room (put it in a little bowl or jar to keep it clean!) while everyone else shuts their eyes. Once everyone opens their eyes it’s time to hunt for the baby! Enjoy munching the jelly babies after the game.
Colour in or draw your manger and sheep and stick them on your window. Say thank you to God for the amazing thing he did at Christmas by coming into the world for us!
